The Leadership Camp is a daylong adventure brings participants to Lake Texoma for team building, leadership exercises, and much more!! We are so excited that you are considering attending the 2021-Student Leadership Camp.   This daylong adventure brings faculty, students, staff and special speakers together off campus at the beautiful Prothro Center on Lake Texoma for a day of team building, leadership exercises, games, mini-workshops, fun in the sun and critical reflection of leadership dynamics. This annual event is free and open to all Collin College students enrolled in the fall 2021 semester.  All student participants MUST BE ENROLLED in Collin College for Fall 2021 and must abide by all college policies. The event is FREE and we do cover transportation to the camp from the Collin College-McKinney Campus to the camp and all meals and snacks during the camp. All participants must register and complete Student Travel Training Liability Waiver and Acknowledgment Form, after reviewing the 2020-2021 Student Travel Procedures by October 18, 2021. Check in at the Collin College-McKinney Campus Conference Center at 6:00 a.m. (early morning).  Buses will depart at 7:00 a.m. SHARP.  Buses will return to the Collin College-McKinney Campus by 10 p.m. same day. Student Engagement strives to enhance student learning and development. It is the goal of Student Engagement to provide co-curricular civic, educational, leadership, and social programs.
