Marco Canvas and Upholstery is seeking a detail orientated Lead Installer/Foreman to join our family oriented team! Providing our clients with quality craftmanship and exemplary customer service has allowed us to grow into Southwest Florida's oldest & largest canvas company. Responsibilities: Reading sales orders to determine how a given project should be completed Work with, supervise and train team members Maintain a safe and clean work environment Track all equipment and supplies Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Previous experience in marine, construction, or other related fields. Familiarity with boats a bonus. Familiarity with power tools and equipment Ability to stand, bend, kneel and work outdoors Ability to work well in teams Ability to take direction from multiple managers Ability to prioritize and multitask Must be able to pass an FBI background check Must be able to read and communicate in English. Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus!
