We are proud to share the new date! The USA is considered one of the most important countries for the entire rum industry. Before the American Revolution, rum was the most consumed spirit, and now an awakening is occurring. Our team is the producers of the Puerto Rico Rum Fest "Taste of Rum", California, Chicago Rum Festival and Miami Rum Congress. All events attracting hundreds of people from trade, rum aficionados, tourists & locals. After careful consideration and with the new spike of cases due to the Covid 19 Delta Variance & New York State capacity regulations regarding indoor events, all attendees will be required to (1) show proof to be fully vaccinated or received a negative Covid test, and (2) sign the venue covid-19 waiver form, to attend the 2021 New York Rum Festival. This will be in addition to wearing a mask at the event. We have also implemented the following measures to promote the health and wellbeing of attendees and staff:Provide masks at entrance for anyone who does not bring one or happens to loose their maskProvide Hand Sanitation Stations and/or soap at event entrances and bathrooms.Ensure staff and attendees wear masks correctly and consistently.Encourage physical distancing.Encourage staff and attendees to cover coughs and sneezes and wash hands.Encourage staff and attendees to stay home if they are sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19, and to get tested for COVID-19.Prior to entering the event you will be asked for either (1) Physical CDC Card or NYC Excelsior APP showing proof to be fully vaccinated with an FDA or WHO authorized vaccine, or (2) Proof of Negative Covid-19 (SARS-CoV-2) Test test taken within 8 hours of the event start time. “Fully vaccinated” means the performance date must be at least 14 days after the second dose of a two-dose COVID-19 vaccine, or at least 14 days after a single-dose COVID-19 vaccine.If you believe you will not be able to present either the original CDC Vaccine Card or Proof of Negative Covid-19 Test, we would gladly refund your money as long as you notify us via email ([email protected]) by Aug 14th, 2021 at 11:59pm EST.
