Must be: -Clean cut -Have People Skills -Have some Sales Skills -Have Transportation -Be willing to Knock doors The appointment setter is responsible for knocking doors and letting the homeowners know we do Neighborhood discounts and free estimates. Those who would like a free estimate you'll take down their info and bring it back to the office. One of our highly trained and dedicated salesman will then follow up the lead immediately to make the sale. The appointment setters commission is 5% of the Payout for the jobs that sale and get installed. Jobs average $3500-$10,000 per job which means the appointment setter would get $175-$500 per good referral that sales and gets installed.
