• When potential residents call, must respond/follow up immediately – time is of the essence. Be quick and aggressive!
• After rent collections-follow up on unpaid rents (call, put up 5-day notices, 30 day Non-Renewal, etc.)
• Work well with our team
• Self-motivated
• May have to work on occasional weekends if necessary
