Grounds Keeper/Maintenance Position Local Manufactured Home Communities currently looking to fill our Grounds Keeper/ Maintenance position for our Greenville locations. This position is full time with competitive pay and benefits! Requirements for the position: -Must be able to pass a background check -Must have a valid drivers license -Must have reliable transportation with ability to tow a small utility trailer -Must be able to multi-task -Knowledge of basic tools and lawn equipment AND maintenance -Must be willing to work in all types of weather conditions -Must be a team player -Must be punctual Job duties include, but are not limited to: -Lawn maintenance of communities -Garbage pick up and disposal throughout communities -Trimming, edging, cutting, and general landscaping -Blowing leaves/debris and clean up -Clearing and cleaning vacant homes and lots -Minor mobile home repairs (paint, skirting, cleaning, flooring) -Improving community and home appearance -Assisting management in daily inspections of communities -Assisting management in enforcing community rules and regulations We are looking to fill this position immediately!
