Apartment complex looking for someone as a independent contractor (1099) to work this week and all of next week (7 days per week) 10 hours per day to: Trash out apartments Brush/clean pool Move furniture Assemble furniture Help with grounds Clean common areas Other maintenance tasks as requested Must be in excellent shape. Apartments are 3 story with stairs- no elevators. Must have stamina and steady work pace. Must have transportation. Must be reliable. Prefer someone with tools but not mandatory. $17 per hour- 60+ hours per week Apply with at least some basic info.
