Learn to craft a beautiful and delicious charcuterie board! During this in person Charcuterie Design class Kelly of Fig + Forage will provide all of the supplies you need to craft your very own Charcuterie Board. You can either take the board home or eat it there! You will also receive a downloadable shopping list for future boards, tips and tricks, board placement, wine pairing ideas, and more! A glass of wine is included with your ticket. Q: I have some a friend/significant other who want to do this with me! Can we build one plate and share a ticket? A: Each person will need to purchase a ticket who wants to attend the class. Q: I want to make a vegan/vegetarian board, what should I do? A: At this time we are not able to provide separate supplies during a class for a vegan board, a vegetarian board will be possible though! My love of Charcuterie Design started a few years ago when I started creating boards for holidays and low key family dinners. That quickly grew into an art form, that I long to share with others. Combining my love for food and flavors with the art of design and visual appeal. My classes and to-go boxes combine my love of food, my desire to create community, and a sincere joy of sharing this art with you!
