Seeking Plant Technician, Full-time (Tulsa & Skiatook) Licensed indoor cannabis cultivation facility is looking to hire a plant technician to assist with daily tasks. The perfect candidate has a passion and understanding of plants, a keen eye, and willingness to learn. This is an entry level position, will train. Duties: - All aspects of daily plant care; watering, transplanting, harvesting - All aspects of daily clone care; watering, pest scouting, checking domes - All aspect of daily production; pruning mothers for cuts, processing clones quality control, prepping orders - Daily clean up and sanitation; dishes, sweeping, mopping, etc. Qualifications: - Ability to follow processes accurately - Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated - Basic computer skills for data entry - Strong attention to detail Desired Skills (but not required): - Prior experience in a nursery or commercial cultivation facility or other ag settings - Knowledge of cannabis varieties and cultivation techniques - Familiar with state and local cannabis policy Requirements: - Must be an Oklahoma resident at least 18 years of age. - Must have driver license and own transportation to work. - Valid OMMA patient card holder. - Must be able to lift 50 lbs This is a part time position to start with a 60 day probationary period. Compensation begins at $12.50 per hour. Hours of operation are Monday -- Sunday 8a-4:30p, (must be available some weekends). There are two facilities.
