Cannabis Hand Trimmers We are looking for experienced cannabis trimmers that are also skilled in areas of back-end processing. The tasks range from hand trimming to weighing, packaging and preparation for sale. We are located in Hayward, CA. Responsibilities: • Efficiently processes flowers during the post-production phase: • Preparing and trimming in a quick, precise, and dexterous manner • Weighing out product accurately to prepare for packaging • Working as part of a team to meet production schedules • Assisting in the packaging process as required. • Maintaining a clean workspace to prevent cross-contamination • Ensuring equipment is cleaned and maintained • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Passion for cannabis • Previous hands-on experience trimming cannabis • Accuracy and consistency in trimming • Ability to focus on task for a long period of time • Trustworthiness • Ability to accurately weigh and measure cannabis • Dependable, reliable and arrives to work on time Must be 21 years of age or older and have reliable transportation Cannabis farming experience is a plus. Good driving record is a plus. Computer skills and ability to learn to use seed to sale software is a plus. We are looking for positive, hard-working folks to add to our team. Perks: Starting wage is $15/hour Room for growth A positive and safe work environment. We have a 60 day trial period.
