Seeking Construction - Remodeling - Maintenance Associate in S.F. (Pacific Heights/Marina) Offering a full-time position for an associate apartment turnovers, remodeling, painting, maintenance, repairs, carpentry in high-end apartment buildings in San Francisco. Light electrical and plumbing skills also preferred. Drywall, mudding, and flooring for kitchens, baths, appliance installations, etc. MUST BE RESPONSIBLE and MATURE with references and a clean driving and clean police record. Must also be a "team player", as well as able to work independently. MUST HAVE: Your own tools, reliable truck & clean driving record. Basic computer/smartphone literacy; Reliable and responsive at all times with e-mail, picture, video, and text messaging. SKILLS REQUIRED: Work independently with good follow-through. A Team player. Take direction from senior Construction/Maintenance Staff. Ability to organize your daily schedule and prioritize work in a logical way. Works well with management/ownership. A patient and friendly demeanor and RESPECT for others is an absolute MUST. Always polite and helpful, with a good attitude and work ethic. Enjoy working with people. Work in a neat and clean manner, always cleaning up after yourself. Take responsibility for and pride in your work. Dedication and loyalty to the job and the people you work for. Our teammates have been with the company many years. Good people and communication skills. Ability to work with time sheets, collect receipts, allocate expenses, and track your time. COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience. Full-time.
