Be working directly with owner. Training has the goal for you to be your own boss one day if that's what you choose. Hearing protection has built in Bluetooth, listen to your favorite music or podcasts all day long while putting in a good days work.
No drunks, potheads, or felons. Reliable vehicle required. Work all around twin cities area, mostly central/west/south metro area. Gas compensation can be worked in, company vehicle down the road.
Again, no construction experience needed!!
