A series of short mindfulness walks in a woody park to help release negativity and pain.

Come to a fun outdoor workshop designed to help you let go of the pain that is holding you back in life. While this workshop is not designed to replace professional mental health treatment, you will learn some techniques for helping you release unwanted thoughts and negative emotions and replace them with desired thougths and emotions about your future.
The park terrain is in a forested area where the paths are a bit uneven and a few undulations occur. Some of the trail area is shaded, but other parts are out in the open. A hat is recommended as well as proper footwear and drinking water.
