Weightlifting Compeition + Deadlift Competition = Cancer Treatment Fundraiser through Paint Georgia Pink!! This years event will have a different spin on it. We are calling it Kilos for Cancer because we have partnered with Paint Georgia Pink to make a difference in our local community as well as our immediate family. A portion of all registrations as well as 100% of all donations will go directly to Paint GA Pink who will distribute that into our community and to a member of the Williams Family to help cover direct costs associated with treatments. You will make a difference! Here are your options to get involved... 1. We will have our weightlifting competition like normal. Register, Compete, Raise funds!! 2. For those of us who don't want to Snatch and Clean & Jerk, we will have one session of DEADLIFT only so that everyone can participate!! Register, Compete, Raise Funds!! 3. Don't want to lift? Donate in the name of one of the athletes who is competing, they will benefit and so will Paint GA Pink! The final schedule will be released the week of the competition. The format will be Women/13U athletes first, followed by men from lighter to heavier weight classes. We will wrap up the day with the Deadlift Session. Awards: 1st-3rd Place in each Weight Class 1st-3rd Place Overall Teen and Masters Best Lifter via Formula 3 SWORDS WILL BE AWARDED THIS YEAR - One to the Overall Male, One to the Overall Female, and a 3rd Sword to the athlete who raises the most funds for Paint GA Pink!!
