Everett Yacht Service A small business at the Port of Everett is in need of hard-working employees! We are hiring both mechanical and cosmetic technicians and pay competitive wages. Experience a plus but willing to train. Marine mechanics/technicians/apprentices: Experience with or an interest in learning shafts, struts, thru holes, rudders and packing glands. Experience with or an interest in learning to service and repair inboard and outboard motors, remove gear boxes, and troubleshoot/repair miscellaneous issues on boats. Fiberglass Repair Duties: Sanding Grinding Work with raw fiberglass, resin, and catalyst Match gelcoat color Spray gelcoat Bottom Paint Duties: Sand boat bottoms Apply bottom paint Replace anodes Detailing, and general labor duties: Wash, buff, and wax boats.
