I’m looking for two individuals with experience and to help me complete the drywall, paint, floors, doors and landscape of a property by the wynwood area. The individuals MUST have experience in all areas mentioned above. •Drywall (hanging and finishing) •Paint (interior and exterior)(spray, roll and cut)(texture) •Floors(vinyl flooring) •Doors (interior and exterior) •There will be some general labor as well. (Trash out) All individuals that apply MUST have transportation to and from job site and a working cellphone for communication. Background check will be conducted(no felonies or theft). This will be a short term gig, 2-3 weeks at the most, for the right individual, opportunity for year long work available as we flip houses and have several properties throughout dade and broward counties. Pay will be based on experience and ranges between $15-$25 per hour. Payment will be made every Friday and MUST be able to receive payment through Zelle or Cashapp. Work hours will be from 9am-5pm M-F with one hour lunch.
