She contributes growing up on an organic dairy farm absolutely to her living a health filled lifestyle. Not only did she get to eat fresh organic veggies out of the garden and be able to play outside for countless hours, her parents also brought her to a get chiropractic adjustments. As an infant, she was colicky. From infancy to now an adult, Dr. Ashley has experienced the positive side effects and benefits of getting adjusted and living a vibrant life. She loves what chiropractic has done for her and her family and cannot wait to share that with you! Dr. Ashley completed her pre-chiropractic studies at North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND before continuing on to Northwestern Health Sciences University (NWHSU) in Bloomington, MN. She graduated from NWHSU with her Doctorate of Chiropractic and Bachelors of Science in Human Biology degrees. Spending time with her hubby, Ty and her son, Henry is her ultimate favorite. She loves to do yoga, meditate, and dig in the garden (if the mosquitos aren’t horrible). Dr. Ashley and her husband also love being on the farms they grew up on to help drive tractor, ride around in the Ranger, or just be outside. You can find Dr. Ashley being outside with a cup of coffee and a great book. Self –development, financial, business, and relationship books are her favorite as she is a bit of a nerd. The lakes of Minnesota treat her and her family awesome, as they love to go boating and fishing, especially on Upper Red Lake where they ‘slay’ the wall mounter walleyes (so she says).
