About Your Meditation Instructor Alexandra Zauner Alex is a fitness coach, yoga instructor, podcast host, traveler, and spreader of goodness. Her goal is to support, empower and elevate those around her by helping them find their inner strength and confidence. Alex is a co-founder of Embolden Mama an empowerment community for women, a general manager and coach at Alchemy 365, and has been involved in the fitness industry for over 7+ years. Currently, she is working to obtain her Certification for Prenatal and Post Partum coaching (CPPC). She has a passion for cultivating community, providing guidance and insight, while helping others feel less alone by sharing her real and vulnerable life experiences.
