Sobrina is a 3-year-old, spayed, female, brown, Toy Poodle weighing 7 lbs. Rosy is a-8-year-old, spayed, female, red, Toy Poodle weighing 10 lbs. Both dogs were being walked on a double leash to the car when the leash slipped out of the owner’s hand and bolted.
