CBS Miami August 9, 2021 An investigation is underway after an early morning fire at a North Miami Beach condo. It happened around 4 a.m. at the Crestview Towers at 2025 NE 164th Street. There was no one inside the building at the time since it had been was deemed unsafe following the Surfside condo collapse. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said the fire started on the second floor.
