Update: All Interstate 94 lanes south of Grange Avenue have been reopened, the Sheriff's Office said. MILWAUKEE, WI — All southbound lanes of Interstate 94 are closed directly south of Grange Avenue to help with a stolen vehicle pursuit, Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office said on Twitter. Closures started around 12:43 p.m. on Monday. TRAFFIC ALERT: All lanes are closed on Interstate-94 southbound at Grange Avenue to accommodate pursuit of stolen vehicle.
