BRAINTREE, MA — John Hammill has had a lucky decade-and-a-half. For the second time in the last 15 years, Hammill, of Braintree, won millions of dollars in the Massachusetts State Lottery. On July 26, Hammill hit the jackpot, winning $15 million in the "Massachusetts Millionaires' Club" instant ticket game. Hammill previously won $1 million in 2006 of the state lottery's "Set For Life" scratch ticket game.
