We are looking for a handyman/carpenter ASAP in the Gastonia area who can repair and remodel houses. We would prefer a licensed contractor, but it’s not required if you are experienced.
• We would contact you about a repair through our software, your software, by text, by email, or by phone call, (which ever you prefer).
• We would explain the work that needs to get done.
• You would look at the work and give us an estimate on the work.
• If we agree with your quote, we will approve the work in writing usually in a text and email (if we have your email).
• Once the work is completed, we will pay via a check, credit card if you accept it, via our software, or via Cashapp.
Payment will be made immediately after agreed work is completed. For bigger jobs, we are willing to pay based on stages completed as outlined in the contract.
We are willing to pay for things needed to do the job like dumpsters, jacks, etc. if it’s in the contract before the work was started. We are also willing to pay for supplies like wood, tiles, etc. on any size job.
Invoices are always required to get paid jobs over $200 and contracts are required for job over $2000 and for any job that we are buying the supplies.
