POSITION SUMMARY Balanced Health Botanicals is looking for an individual who can thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Our order fulfillment team is the first step in ensuring that every order meets our highest standards and gets delivered to our customers on time. This person will be responsible for ensuring that all inventory received is ready to be processed for order fulfillment. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and the ability to efficiently and effectively execute any plan thrown their way. CORE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Ensure the warehouse is kept orderly and organized to ensure efficiency. · Receive inventory shipments and inspect inventory to ensure quality and accuracy. · Make all product inspections in timeframes dictated by daily business needs. · Inspect all inventory received and ensure that it meets BHB quality control standards. · Package all e-commerce orders to the highest level of scrutiny while still hitting a daily deadline. · Present a professional attitude. · Other responsibilities include packaging, pulling orders, and shipping boxes. · Other tasks as needed. 4 day work week! · Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, completing Batch Production Records as directed by QA, performing in-process QA checks and notifying QA of all deviations, following all procedures and SOPs, adhering to cGMP requirements at all times, maintaining a sanitary manufacturing operation, ensuring training is complete and up to date, completing documentation according to good documentation. JOB QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED Ability to accurately and quickly execute plans within a team and individually Strong communication skills and ability to take direction Operates calmly under pressure during high volume times Highly detailed oriented and organized Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business Positive attitude and team player Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
