Opportunity: We need a ‘go-getter’ who is interested in learning the van business, and willing to work hard and do what it takes to ensure success in this role. This position will help facilitate day-to-day operations, fulfill direct-to-customer orders, and assist the Sales Manager as needed in a fast paced environment. We seek someone who is willing to work hard and grow with the business. This is a great opportunity to learn and advance in the van upfitter industry for the right candidate. Responsibilities: -Receive, organize and distribute incoming shipments; accurately and efficiently package and process outgoing shipments -Facilitate procurement and allocation processes, optimizing shipping configurations and costs -Assist Production Manager with tracking shipments and inventory to ensure fulfillment of orders -Manage and print client and vendor shipping labels for daily orders and shipments -Enter process transactions, including but not limited to: shipping finished products, receiving goods and materials, issuing purchases orders, fulfilling invoices -Box truck deliveries on a daily basis between our locations and picking up from vendors -Help utilize and manage Kanban system through putting inventory away and signifying safety stocks -Forklift experience a plus Qualifications: -Computer and tech savvy -Strong multi-tasker, result driven, collaborative, inquisitive and creative individual with a strong work ethic -Interest in understanding the process and a willingness to bring new ideas and efficiencies to each task -While performing the tasks and duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift 50lbs repeatedly -Detail oriented.
