While many agencies and organizations here in Humboldt and California are saying that their employees must take the shot in order to keep their job, it is actually illegal to mandate such a medical intervention. This isn’t based on some new court case or statute law, it is written right into the law that allowed manufacturers to rush the vaccinations into distribution in the first place. It is illegal to mandate an emergency-use medical device on any population here in the U.S.. The portion making mandates illegal can be found near the bottom of the law in section e called “conditions of authorization” in paragraph III of subsection ii. Once again, it is illegal for anyone to mandate an emergency authorized medical device. Firing someone for refusing is not allowing them to refuse, it is coercion. There are laws upholding this thing we call society, and they are being infringed upon by these officials attempting to control our population. Let’s please try and keep it together as these greedy pharmaceutical companies and media conglomerates try and subvert our culture with fear tactics and lies.
