IH-35 NB Service Road and E. 7th St. Deceased: Keegan Connell Mosley, White male, born July 11, 1990 The Austin Police Department (APD) has identified Keegan Connell Mosley as the deceased in the August 3 fatality crash at the intersection of the N. IH-35 NB Service Road and E. 7th St. At 1:43 a.m., APD was notified of a collision that had occurred between a scooter and a Jeep Wrangler. The driver of the scooter ran the red light and collided with the Jeep in the intersection. Mr. Mosley was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas where he was pronounced deceased.
