Position entails basic plumbing for mobile home remodels, decking and fence projects, and light electrical is a plus. Previous mobile home remodeling skills are a BIG PLUS! Must have own basic tools and reliable vehicle. The requirements for this position include but are not limited to: Leak repair Plumbing repair Basic framing and bracing Install doors, windows, and finish packages Sub-floor repair Light electrical repair Deck and fence building/repair Flooring Mobile home roof maintenance We offer very competitive salaries in the construction and service fields.
