Press release from Kendall County Sheriff's Office: 08/09/2021 3:31 AM 8/8/21 2021-2173, Domestic Battery: On 8/8/21 at 6:12 p.m., sheriff's deputies responded to the 0 to 50 block of Chatham Place, Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery. The incident is under investigation. 2021-2173, Domestic Battery: 2021-2174, Traffic Crash with Injury:  On 8/8/21 at 7:19 p.m., sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a single vehicle crash in the 2000 Block of Bell Road, Seward Township.  The driver of the vehicle, Samantha Tharp, a 25-year-old female from the 300 Block of E. Mondamin St in Minooka was transported to Morris Hospital by Troy Fire Protection District Paramedics with non-life-threatening injuries.  The Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
