Re: ALL businesses are private property

Agree...but...Does this sign also apply? (I'm not saying you) Odd how liberals view restaurants as a business and having property rights on masks, but don't view landlords as running a rental (apartment) business and don't view THEIR property as private property. Apparently their property is Joe and Nancy's property--i.e. "executive" property. (Confiscated) Otherwise Joe-Nancy wouldn't be able to tell the owners or direct the courts to segregate-out and discriminate against their property rights whereas still uphold other property rights. Masks...and business denying service: I wonder if this would fly for logic in the south in the 50's: Black Man: "Wife, let's go out to eat." Restaurant: "Sorry, we don't serve dogs, S_pics or n-words." Black Man: "But I can pay..." Restaurant: "Its declared a health and public safety issue. It's for the safety of the rest of patrons and its for your own good. It's just our policy. You're free to go elsewhere." Black Man: "But they ALL don't serve us. They all have the same policy. It's like its orchestrated hatred." Restaurant: "We're not fascist. You can eat at home. You have that choice." Black Man: "You're trying to sell me limited choice, described as real choice." Restaurant: "Ahh a smart n-word. You need to look and act like all of us. We decide what is best for you." Black Man: "Regress is progress." Discrimination is measured in the alternative choice that is available. Discrimination always appears before the laws declare it so. Discrimination is not progressive. Discrimination always appears under the guise of "for your own good and that of society"
