Our company is now hiring General Laborers for a Solar Construction Site in Lafayette NY. Must live close to Lafayette NY and have reliable transportation. (We will not be offering per-Diem for this job at this time). Experience with general labor and working outside is recommended. We have professionals on site to help you answer and questions or concerns and help keep everyone working on a timely manner. we are looking for people who will be reliable and doesn't mind working outdoors doing physical labor type work. Job is temporary with the possibility of permanent hire. No solar experience in required but preferred. Requirements: -No solar experience necessary but preferred. Also prefer someone with a construction or similar type work field experience. Job will be working outdoors and with your hands. -MUST HAVE BASIC HAND TOOLS: Socket set, hammer, tape measure, channel locks, side cutters, linemans plyers, screwdriver, etc. -Must be reliable and can show up on time everyday. -You must have a reliable vehicle to get to and from work daily and on time ! -Must be able to pass a drug screening prior to hire -Must have steel toe boots- this is mandatory due to heavy equipment on this site for both general labors and Equipment Operators -Hours are typically Mon-Fri 7am-5:30pm, maybe Saturday as well. 40+ hours per week.
