Mass Pike Ramps To Route 146 To Close For Construction

MILLBURY, MA — Drivers traveling between Worcester and the Mass Pike will need to find an alternate route Tuesday: MassDOT is planning to close on and off-ramps between I-90 and Route 146. The closure will begin around 9 p.m. Tuesday and last until Wednesday morning at around 4 a.m. Construction crews will be paving the bridge that serves as a connection between the Mass Pike and Route 146 and Route 20. Drivers should detour using either exit 96 (Route 122 in Grafton) or exit 90 to I-290 in Auburn, according to MassDOT. MassDOT will also close the park-and-ride lot at the exit during the repaving work.
