I'm reaching out to the community to see if there is anyone that would be interested in an investment opportunity. My business partner and I have developed a new board game designed to teach the "average Joe" about how the stock market works in a fun and entertaining way. The anticipation is that the game will be available for purchase no later than Black Friday (Nov. 26, 2021). While sales are likely to begin on Amazon and Etsy to start, we're aiming for the game to hit retail stores (such as Target, Walmart, etc.) during the first quarter of 2022. To give a little more background, the development of the game has been completed. Over the last several months, we created 3 drafts of the game in order to work out all of the kinks. After each draft, we had a small test group play the game to ensure that it was not only fun, but that it also educated people about how the market works. In addition, all the artwork has been designed and all of the necessary legal Copyright protections have been filed. We just completed the process of reaching out to manufacturers here in the U.S. to find the most reasonable rate for production. This is where you, as an investor, comes in. In order to offset the production costs, we're going to be opening up a round of financing to investors beginning this month. The 2 types of investments you may want to take into consideration are: 1. An investment that would allow you to recoup your initial investment within 365 days + receive an interest return on your investment. For example, let's say that you invested $5,000.00 and we agreed to a 10% interest return rate. Within 1 year (at the very latest), you'd get back a total of $5,500.00. 2. Becoming an angel investor: In this scenario, you would invest in the company in return for an ownership stake in the company (equity). In this instance, we'd require an investment of at least $50,000. You would recoup your full investment from sales/profit made, plus as part owner, receive a percentage of all sales moving forward.
