Help!❗ Adopter needed by 8/9/21, or I will be put down in shelter❗️ Hi, I'm Lola🎀(I’m required to be an only dog at this time.) Sadly, I am set to be euthanized Monday, August 9th at 8 am. One of the saddest reasons a dog can be E-listed is because they are mentally breaking down in the shelter environment. This is happening to me. I am highly stressed and over-excited in the shelter environment, and I’m now barking and bounding around my kennel. I can no longer tolerate being confined in this small concrete kennel and need out of a shelter environment before I harm myself! It is inhumane to keep me here in this condition…Can someone save my life? I am a Volunteer favorite!!! I am a 4-year-old, spayed, black and white Staffordshire/ American Pit Bull Terrier. Sadly, I have been surrendered twice despite one owner saying that I loved people and was very playful and the other saying that I was a sweetheart of a dog! I do get agitated around other dogs and would pull to go after them when in proximity. My dog evaluation notes said that although I was wary, I attempted to interact with the dogs in the yard but became easily overwhelmed when they reciprocated the interaction. I am am a "wiggly happy girl" that loves to be petted, handled, and loves to give kisses! I "sit" for treats and take them gently They also said that I walk well on leash but will pull towards other dogs walking by. The shelter requires that I be the only dog in the home. will you come and meet me? Hurry! my days are numbered and I will be put down on 8/9! The shelter is full, and my date will not be extended.
