The following responsibilities represent the essential functions of the position: • Use riding mower, trim, and edge. • Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. • Apply fertilizer at specified rates to turf and plants to enhance growth. • Sweep and blow walkway of debris. • Trim shrubs and pull weeds. • Perform preventive maintenance procedures and minor repairs on equipment utilized in grounds keeping. • Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed. Qualifications: • Two years of related experience in a landscaping or grounds maintenance. Required Skills: • Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawn mowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers • Attention to detail • Pass drug test Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm) IMMEDIATE TO APPLY SEND RESUME, OR REPLY WITH PAST 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE/ START WORK IMMEDIATELY
