Hi - I'm looking for someone to help us with a timing belt replacement on a 1998 subaru legacy outback. It has 2.5 l DOHC. We installed the new timing belt to the best of our ability, however when the car is started, it has a shimmy when idling, and the idle speed goes up for a few seconds and then down for a few seconds, then back up again. Have everything off including the TB cover, and the new belt is exposed. It would be good to have somebody with experience AND ethics / honesty look at this and see what is wrong...Many thanks in advance. We are just south of Powell, near the east end of the Ross Island Bridge.
