San Diego Turtle & Tortoise Society has several healthy Russian tortoises available for adoption. Russians are one of two (sulcatas right up there with them) of the hardiest tortoise species. These low maintenance pets only need a 10'x10' secure enclosed area to live a long and health life with you. Before responding please read the caresheet on our website, sdturtle.org If that's something you're willing and able to accommodate please send pictures of the area you'll be keeping the tortoise(s) in. Also available in abundant supply are box turtles, red eared sliders, sulcatas, and desert tortoises. All are available with no adoption fee. Ad will be removed when all are adopted.
