Are you looking for quality, affordable care for your child? I run a small childcare/preschool out of my home. I currently have openings for a couple of toddlers. I have an excellent curriculum, which is play-based, excellent for younger children. They spend time daily learning colors, shapes, letters and numbers, in addition to learning social skills and manners, all while enjoying their favorite activity; play!. They also create crafts daily to bring home to share. There is daily story time, music/movement time and of course time for free-choice play. I make it a point to keep my numbers small, so your child will receive plenty of individual attention. I am on the USDA food program so all meals and snacks are included at no charge to you, this includes your infant. I provide everything your child will need for the day except diapers or pull-ups. I also ask that you bring a change of clothes to leave here for your child. I have worked with children for a number of years and have loved every minute of it. I hold a BA degree in psychology and also a master's degree in education, with an emphasis on Early Childhood Education, Child Development and Community/Family issues. I take extra training classes on a regular basis to stay up-to-date on the newest ideas in early childhood issues. I am also current with first aid/CPR for infants and children. My hours of operation are Monday - Friday, from 7:30 am- 5:00 pm. If you are looking for a "home away from home" for your little one while you are at work or school, this may be the perfect place!
