Hello, I have THREE different needs. Please reply with WHICH Job you are responding to and price. a) Plumber/plumbing job: I need to replace a MOEN cartridge in the attached handle type. It is leaking. I believe I have the right cartridge. Should be a simple 15min job for right person. b) Wood work/ Handy man: I have 3 wood related jobs. 1) Looking to replace the wood framing around a window that is Rotten and paint. 2) Replace two pieces of wood on the roof trimming. NO painting required. 3) Build a gate of similar wood material as neighbors and stain. I will cover all wood & paint/stain costs. c) electrician / electrical work: I have ran power to below my 2 stairs that have turf. Looking for an electrician to recommend BOTH waterproof LED strips and install them for each of the two 9ft stairs. Please ask for more pics if necessary
