Seeking Bandmates for new band

Seeking drummer, bassist, and keyboardist to start a touring rock band in the jam and alternative/progressive rock vein. My music blends funk, rock, blues, indie, latin grooves, progressive stuff, and some jazz. I’m Ideally seeking musicians with big ears but who are also comfortable with the use of chord charts and the occasional through-composed section. Aiming at a healthy mix of written music and improvisation. I would also prefer vocals from most/all members as I think harmonies belong back in rock and roll! I have dozens of original songs that I would like work into an awesome live catalog, and I’d love to work on and play your songs as well. I am a lead guitarist, singer/song writer, and I’ve been writing songs for a long time. I’m 31 now, age isn’t a huge deal but the top priority will be touring and building a full time job out of this music so that should be made clear. I’m in it for the long haul! I’d like to see rehearsals several times a week, a regular gig calendar, and business strategizing sessions so that we are gigging smart and building a future for ourselves. I know lots of musicians are in a large handful of projects but I’d like to get away from that mindset and focus on one group’s success for a while. If you have the dream like I do please reach out!
