We are a busy family of 4. Mom is an executive at a technology company and Dad is a high school football coach and teacher. The football season is always our busiest time of the year. We have two boys ages 9 and 10 who are both involved in their own after-school extracurricular activities. We are looking for a part-time Nanny “slash” Household Assistant to join our team and help fill the gaps that can’t be covered by Mom and Dad. This position would start immediately (on or before August 16) and goes through the school year with the option to stay on in some capacity during the summer, and then resume a set schedule again the following school year. In other words, we are looking to develop a long-term relationship with you, so if you want long-term, we can do long-term. Specifically, we are looking for someone to: - Pick up boys from school daily and get them safely and on time to respective afternoon/evening activities - Meal plan/shop for groceries (you'll have access to Instacart so you don’t have to go to the grocery store) - Prep meals & snacks - Light laundry - Give love to our sweet cavapoo dog - Other errands and misc. activities such as making appointments We are experienced employers and have had nannies for 10 years. We provide: - A safe, positive environment in which to work. - On-time payments. ($20-$25/hr DOE) - $1k Bonus based on longevity. - Family references so you can speak to our past nannies and household assistants. - Guaranteed 20 hours. Hours are Monday through Friday 3:00 p.m. (school pick-up) to roughly 7:00 p.m. Some days you may work to 6 pm, while others will be 8 pm. 7 pm is the expectation, and we will communicate in advance if we need you later than 7 pm. Guaranteed hours means that if you work less because Mom decided to take the boys for an afternoon, you will still be paid as if you had worked a normal day.
