Trying to find an old friend of mine, Chef Joe, he has worked at numerous places around the city of cincinnati & I believe he lived in the Kentucky area, his wife was also a Pastry Chef at the Ivy Hills Country Club. Chef Joe, like mentioned above has held the title of Executive Chef, Sous Chef and also Banquet Chef, the places I knew where he once worked was the Vernon Manor Hotel downtown & The Beckett Ridge Country Club, h's a short stocky fella and most likely drives a truck.
