We are looking for a reliable, part-time flex maintenance person for a historic location in Hollywood on Sunset Boulevard. This flexible position will allow you to continue with your own projects and is a perfect side gig to supplement your income. The hours are extremely flexible you will mainly be setting your own schedule up to 10 hours per week, we just want the work completed in a timely manner. Skillset should consist of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, painting, and hardware installation and replacement and all aspects pertaining to maintaining office and event space.
