Guest Service Coordinator/Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. We prefer a candidate that has a college degree, but it is not a limiting factor if our other requirements are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. The ability to delegate tasks to others is a must. This job entails coordinating between the needs of our long term guests, our service employees, and outside vendors when needed. The person in this position will receive service requests from our guests, turn them into a service request in our CRM system, and then delegate that service request in a timely manner to one of our service employees, or to an outside vendor. The service request must be coordinated with the guest as well. We pride ourselves on a fast response time, as our goal is to keep our guests happy and well taken care of. The ideal candidate will be able to interact and build rapport with a diverse demographic of both guests and employees. The ability to prioritize and to swiftly respond to pressing concerns is a must. The job duties will loosely be half in the office, and half in the field supervising and/or checking up on the status of requests. On average, this position will be supervisory over 3-5 service employees. The amount of service employees will fluctuate due to need. The person filling this position will be supported by three office employees. Ongoing support, and ongoing on the job training will be provided. Direct experience with a similar position is not a requirement for this position.
