We are a custom metal manufacturing corporation in South Gate, in service 22 years now and looking to fill three (3) apprenticeship positions that are open in the company. These positions are full time and for someone interested in progressing and growing with us long term here in the company. 1st Position open is Driver/Helper, a C-Class License is Required. We are looking for someone with a current valid standing license to drive our service vehicles and pick up/drop off material. Will need to be able to lift 30-50 lbs and help in the shop warehouse and project sites when needed. 2nd position we are looking to fill is a Welder/Fabricator. We do a lot of sheet metal manufacturing/fabricating and field demo/installations, HVAC work, etc. Note: If applying for welding/fabricating position. We will give you a quick welding test to see where your welding stands. Please bring your own welding helmet, gloves, steel toe boots. 3rd Position available is a sales representative. Preferably, someone with government job experience and/or connections with established clientele base he/she can bring to the company. Commission is TBD upon hire. We are open Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and sometimes do installations on weekends. Hourly Wage: $14-$22 TBD/DOE and Depending on position you are applying for.
