Licensed contractor needed for interior commercial space

I'm looking for a licensed/insured contractor to build 4 new rooms inside of a commercial building/space. The floor plan of the new walls/rooms needed is attached below as well as the floor plan of existing conditions (empty space). Approximately 110 linear ft of new walls. The ceiling height is 9ft. Metal stud framework with 5/8 drywall and insulation (R13) inside walls. Adding 3 fireproof doors. No plumbing work. No Electrical work (it will be done/billed separately) No changes with floor or ceiling. I'm looking to start this project ASAP.
