Entry Level Maintenance Employee Needed

We are looking for an individual that seeks long term employment and that has a desire to learn and grow within this entry level position. We take care of and manage a large amount of rental properties. We have a full-time year-round maintenance team. Some of our team members have graduated from college and are leaving at the end of summer, so we are looking to hire new people to fill the openings. You will need to be able to physically perform a wide variety of tasks, and you will need to be able to follow directions. We are looking for people that like to stay busy and get work done while on the clock. This is a year round position that comes with accrued paid time off after a year, promotion opportunities, training opportunities, and a 401k.
