Hello, We're looking for professional event chefs, experience & creativity required. We're looking for an additional team member to join our chef team for an on-call position. Our team possesses a great attitudes, work as a team together and rely on each other for a successful event. The next chef to join our team should flow in that direction. You may have the opportunity to be part of an exclusive team, gain knowledge, be challenged in a positive way and work with our elite clientele. Chef must have the basic set of clothing, white/black button shirt / chef coat, white/black pants, black non-slip shoes. Knife kit with all the essentials i.e. chef knife (sharp), fab-knife, peeler, micro-plane, tongs, spoons, etc...Must have current knowledge of fundamental cooking, pastry, sauces, vegetables, proteins and possess basic knowledge of breaking down fish/chicken/popular cuts of meat. We use recipes for most of our menu items but creative approaches on dishes are acceptable when communicated to Chef. We provide custom experiences for all our clients and hospitality is that the forefront of our business model. Our clients are wonderful and expect high quality service. Events are a minimum of 4 hours and can last up to 8 hours. Must have reliable transportation to get to point A & B. We provide transportation, sometimes you'll meet us at an event and will be reimbursed when driving to clients home or venue spaces. Sometimes we shuttle the entire team so we can all arrive as a team and do a great job. Must be willing to carry, lift anything up to 50 lbs. You will be asked to set up, break down events, and do tasks pertaining to the success of the event. Events that are held are exclusively private and guests may be of important status in certain communities. We ask no film or photos to be taken unless consented by the client. Please be professional. All our staff are 1099 and on-call. Typically 1-3 events a week. Please apply yourself if your interested, have a passion for our culinary industry and want to become an industry titan.
