-- TEXT & EMAIL - DO NOT CALL -- (213) 534-7077 We are looking for workers who fall into these categories: General Labor $17.50 hr: - You have the physical ability to lift 50 lbs - Work 8 hours a day - Personal transportation - Have worked on a construction site before - Positive attitude and takes instruction well Skilled Construction Labor $20 hr: - ALL OF THE PREVIOUS + - Good math & measurement skills - Excellent quality of work (1/8" off is TOO far off) - Basic understanding of blueprints - Has tools / has operated most construction tools - Can find solutions to problems using past experience - 3+ years of residential construction experience - Emerging leader on the site - Friendly & Fast + $$ available for people who have: - pulled permits and understand the process of permit approvals - has a contractor license - has hauling and disposal equipment (dump runs) - Can read blueprints with high degree of accuracy - Can show ability to offer specific and clear solutions to job-site obstacles We are a group of kind people.
