Our 2 story office building is in need of a custodian to join the team! $15/hr; depending on experience Experience and Skills: • Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming of floors • Scrubbing, dusting, waxing, polishing, • Emptying waste receptacles • Cleaning restrooms and water coolers • Washing windows and walls • Cleaning parking lots and garden area, etc. Must Have: • Valid Driver’s License • A vehicle to be used for work • Authorization to work in the US • Available to work Monday-Friday If interested please call or text (213) 399-3454 We are an equal opportunity employer
